1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership at Force Gym, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You must be 16 years of age or older to join. Force Gym reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
2. Membership Plans & Pricing
Force Gym offers the following membership durations: 15 Days, 1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 1 Year. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay for that membership period.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of membership activation. Force Gym accepts cash and approved electronic payment methods. All transactions are final. Memberships are activated on the date of payment and expire according to the selected plan duration.
4. Freeze Policy
Membership freezes are available on select plans only: 2-Month plan includes 7 freeze days, 3-Month plan includes 14 freeze days, 6-Month plan includes 1 month freeze, and 1-Year plan includes 2 months freeze. Freeze requests must be submitted in person at the gym reception. Freeze days cannot be carried over or exchanged for cash.
5. Upgrade Policy
Members may upgrade their membership plan within the following windows: 1-Month plan within 5 days of activation, 2-Month plan within 10 days, 3-Month plan within 15 days, and 6-Month plan within 20 days. Upgrades are subject to payment of the price difference between plans. No upgrades are available after the stated window has passed.
6. Invitations
Certain membership plans include guest invitations. Invitations allow a non-member guest to access the gym for a single visit. Invitations are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire with the membership. Guests must be accompanied by the member and must sign a liability waiver upon entry.
7. Free Sessions
Free personal training sessions included in membership plans must be used within the active membership period. Sessions cannot be carried over, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Sessions are subject to trainer availability and must be booked in advance at the reception desk.
8. Inbody Scans
Inbody body composition scans included in select plans must be used within the active membership period. Scans are conducted by Force Gym staff and results are provided for informational purposes only. Scans cannot be transferred, carried over, or exchanged for cash.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. Force Gym does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days. In exceptional circumstances (serious illness or injury with medical documentation), a membership freeze or transfer of remaining value may be considered at management's discretion.
10. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct
Members must adhere to all gym rules at all times. This includes: re-racking weights after use, wiping down equipment after each session, wearing appropriate athletic clothing and footwear, refraining from aggressive or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other members, and following all instructions from Force Gym staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
11. Health & Safety
Members are responsible for their own health and safety while using Force Gym facilities. You are advised to consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise programme. Force Gym staff are not medical professionals. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during training, stop immediately and inform a staff member.
12. Liability Waiver
Exercise involves inherent physical risks. By using Force Gym facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Force Gym, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of Force Gym staff.
13. Personal Belongings
Force Gym is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on the premises. Members are advised to use the provided lockers and to keep valuables secure. Locker use is at the member's own risk.
14. Photography & Media
Members consent to being photographed or filmed within Force Gym for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify a staff member. Force Gym will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
15. Amendments
Force Gym reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the facility following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
